The Woodfield Subdivision Homeowners Association was found on March 31st, 2006 to "promote the health, safety, welfare, and enjoyment of the residents property." See the by-laws and covenants linked to below for details.

Bylaws are the rules by which the homeowners and board members agree to managing the association.
For example, the role of board members, actions the board can make, requirements for voting.
Covenants are the shared rules, requirements, and restrictions agreed to by homeowners.
For example, planting gardens, building playgrounds, making additions to property.

If you have made a purchase on behalf of the Woodfield HOA, please submit your request for reimbursement to the form linked from the button above.

Important Dates
Annual Homeowners Association Meeting - 2nd Saturday in August
HOA Dues payment - Annual payment due by the end of February
Dues can be paid by check, mailed to the PO Box address listed above
Dues can be paid online by sending a request to: woodfieldiowahoa@googlegroups.com
